Shipping policy

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your store credit.
• If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer must purchase a new shipping label to have the item reshipped.
• If you choose not to pay for reshipping, you may cancel the order and receive store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 to Puerto Rico and the USA.

For eligible regions, we provide the following shipping options:

• USPS First-Class Mail – $6 for PR | $8 for USA
• USPS Priority Shipping – $9 for PR | $11 for USA

Please note that shipping times do not include the standard 1-3 business day processing time required before the order ships.

Shipment Tracking

You can track your order in the Track my Order page, using the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email or by logging into your account at by-efe.shop.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Efe Style Studio is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please file a claim directly with USPS.

Order Cancellations

Orders are processed immediately and cannot be canceled once placed. If needed, you may return the item once received, following our return policy.
